I recently bought a Kia Soul and I love it, but I noticed that it's not as fuel efficient as I had hoped. What can I do to improve its fuel efficiency?
ReplyOne way to increase fuel efficiency in your Kia Soul is to regularly check and replace the air filter. A dirty air filter can decrease your car's fuel efficiency. You can usually find the air filter under the hood of your car and it's an easy DIY task.
Another tip is to maintain proper tire pressure. Under- or over-inflated tires can decrease fuel efficiency. Check the recommended tire pressure for your Kia Soul and make sure to check and adjust it regularly.
Avoid idling for long periods of time. Idling burns fuel without going anywhere. If you know you'll be stopped for more than a minute or two, it's more efficient to turn off the engine and restart it when you're ready to go again.
