Hi Alexandra, adjusting the seat in a Kia ProCeed is actually quite easy. First, locate the handle on the side of the seat. Pull it up to release the seatback and recline the seat to your desired angle. Then, pull the lever under the front of the seat to slide it forward or backward. Lastly, adjust the height of the seat by using the lever located under the front of the seat cushion. I hope this helps!
