To check the engine oil level on your Kia Sorento, you will need to first locate the engine oil dipstick. It is usually a brightly colored handle labeled 'Engine Oil'. Make sure the engine is off and the car is on a level surface before proceeding.

K

Once you have located the dipstick, remove it and wipe it clean with a cloth or paper towel. Insert it back into the engine and then remove it again to check the oil level. The dipstick will have markings indicating the minimum and maximum oil levels. If the oil level is near or below the minimum mark, it is time to add more oil.

M

If you need to add more oil, make sure to use the recommended oil for your Kia Sorento as stated in your owner's manual. Slowly pour the oil into the engine oil filler cap, checking the oil level on the dipstick periodically until it reaches the recommended level.

R

Remember to check your engine oil level regularly, especially before long trips, to ensure your car's engine is well lubricated and running smoothly. It is also recommended to change your engine oil every 5,000 to 7,500 miles or as stated in your owner's manual.
