First, park your car on a flat surface and wait for the engine to cool down. Locate the dipstick, which usually has a yellow handle, and pull it out. Wipe it clean with a cloth and insert it back into the tube. Pull it out again and check the oil level. It should be between the minimum and maximum markings. If it's low, add some oil and recheck.

To check your oil level, you first need to locate the oil dipstick under the hood of your Kia Picanto. Once you have found it, pull it out and wipe it clean. Then, reinsert it fully and pull it out again to check the oil level. If it's below the minimum marking, add some oil. It's important to check your oil regularly to ensure your engine is running smoothly.

I highly recommend checking your oil level at least once a month. It's a simple task that can prevent costly engine damage. If you are unsure about the process, you can always refer to your Kia Picanto's owner's manual for detailed instructions.
