First, try restarting your car and see if that resolves the issue. If not, you may need to recalibrate the touchscreen. To do this, go to Settings > System > Display > Display Reset. If this still doesn't work, it could be a hardware issue and you may need to bring it to a dealership or authorized mechanic for further assistance.

One possible solution is to remove any screen protectors you may have on the touchscreen. This can sometimes interfere with touch sensitivity. If that doesn't work, try cleaning the screen with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. If all else fails, it's best to consult with a professional to avoid causing any further damage.

Have you recently updated your car's software? If so, it's possible that the touchscreen issue is a result of the update. In this case, you may need to wait for a subsequent software update to resolve the issue. In the meantime, you can try resetting the screen by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.
