Hi Maria, to reset the Bluetooth in your Kia Soul, you can try the following steps: 1. Turn off your car's ignition and open the driver-side door. 2. Open the lid to the fuse box on the left side of the dashboard. 3. Locate the fuse labeled 'Audio' and pull it out for at least 30 seconds. 4. Put the fuse back in and close the fuse box. 5. Start your car and try connecting your phone again. If this doesn't work, you may need to bring your car to a Kia dealership for further assistance. Hope this helps!

Hi Maria, it sounds like your phone may need to be unpaired and then re-paired with your Kia Soul's Bluetooth. To do this, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and find the option to 'forget' or 'unpair' your car's Bluetooth connection. Then try repairing it and see if that works. If not, you may need to check your car's Bluetooth system for any updates or bring it to a dealership for assistance. Hope this helps!
