How do I reset the service warning light on my Kia Ceed?

I recently got an oil change for my Kia Ceed and now the service warning light is on. How can I reset it so it turns off?

First, try turning the key to the 'on' position without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the odometer button for about 10 seconds until the display shows 'Service: ---'. Finally, release the button and turn off the ignition. The service warning light should now be reset.

Another option is to disconnect the positive terminal on the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This should also reset the service warning light.

If neither of these methods work, it's best to consult your owner's manual or take your Kia Ceed to a certified mechanic for assistance.
