How do I reset the tire pressure light in my Kia Sorento?

I noticed that the tire pressure light in my Kia Sorento has been on for a few days now. How can I reset it without going to the dealership?

You can reset the tire pressure light by following these steps: 1. Turn off the engine. 2. Press and hold the TPMS reset button (located under the steering wheel) until the TPMS indicator light blinks 3 times and then stays on. 3. Release the button. 4. Start the engine and drive the vehicle for at least 20 minutes at a speed of 15 mph or more.

I had the same issue with my Kia Sorento and found out that the tire pressure sensor needs to be re-calibrated. Try inflating all tires to the recommended pressure, and then deflating them completely. Inflate them to the recommended pressure again and drive for a few minutes to allow the sensors to calibrate.

You can also use a diagnostic tool to reset the tire pressure light. If you don't have one, you can borrow one from an auto parts store or ask a mechanic to reset it for you. Just make sure to check your tire pressure regularly to avoid any issues in the future.
