I recently changed my tires and now the tire pressure warning light won't turn off. How can I reset the tire pressure monitoring system in my Kia Ceed?
ReplyTo reset the tire pressure monitoring system, first make sure all tires are properly inflated to the recommended pressure. Then, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Press and hold the tire pressure reset button (located next to the steering wheel) until the warning light flashes three times. Release the button and wait for a few seconds until the light turns off. This should reset the system and turn off the warning light.
Another way to reset the tire pressure monitoring system is by using the infotainment system. Go to the 'Setup' menu and select 'Vehicle' then 'TPMS'. From there, you can reset the system and turn off the warning light.
