How do I reset the trip and km/gal display on my Kia Rio?

I can't seem to figure out how to reset the trip and km/gal display on my Kia Rio. I've tried pressing the reset button but nothing seems to happen. Any advice on how to fix this issue?

Hi Emily, I'm not sure if this will help, but I had the same issue and discovered that it was because of a loose wire in the back of the display. You might want to check if all the wires are connected securely. Hope this solves your issue.
