How do I turn off the automatic start-stop feature in my Kia Soul?

I find the start-stop feature in my Kia Soul to be quite annoying. Is there any way to turn it off permanently?

You can disable the automatic start-stop feature by pressing the on/off button located on the dash to the left of the steering wheel. This will disable the feature until you manually turn it back on.
