To turn off the lane keeping assist function on your Kia Ceed, simply press the lane keeping button located near your steering wheel. It's important to note that disabling this feature while driving can increase your chances of drifting out of your lane, so use caution.

I had the same issue with my Kia Ceed and after speaking with a technician at the dealership, I found out that you can also turn off the lane keeping assist through the settings on your infotainment system. Just go to 'Vehicle Settings' and then 'Driver Assistance' to disable it.

As a proud Kia owner for over 10 years, I can say that it took me a while to get used to the lane keeping assist feature. However, now I can't imagine driving without it. It's an added safety measure that can prevent accidents, so I highly recommend keeping it on.
