How often should the oil be changed in a Kia Rio?

I have a Kia Rio with about 50,000 miles on it. How often do I need to change the oil to ensure it runs smoothly for a long time?

It's generally recommended to change the oil every 5,000 to 7,500 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first. However, with newer models like the Kia Rio, some experts suggest going up to 10,000 miles between oil changes.

As a general rule, follow the recommended oil change intervals in your Kia Rio's owner's manual. This will provide the best protection and efficiency for your engine.
