Is the Kia ProCeed a good car for city driving?

I'm looking to buy a car for city driving and I'm considering the Kia ProCeed. Can anyone share their experience with this car in terms of city driving?

I've had my Kia ProCeed for a few months now and I have to say, it's not the best for city driving. The fuel economy is not the best and it can be a bit difficult to maneuver in tight spaces.
