Is the rear seat space in the Kia ProCeed adequate for taller passengers?

I am considering purchasing a Kia ProCeed but I am concerned about the rear seat space. I am 6 feet tall and often have taller friends who will also be riding in the back seat. Can I expect enough legroom and headroom for taller passengers in the back seat of the Kia ProCeed?
