Troubleshooting Bluetooth Connection in Kia Soul

I am having trouble connecting my phone to the Bluetooth in my Kia Soul. It used to work fine, but now it won't connect even though it says it's paired. How can I fix this issue?

Michael, make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and that it's discoverable. Sometimes when the Bluetooth is turned off or set to 'invisible', it won't connect to your Kia Soul.
