What are the different engine options for the Kia Soul?

I am looking to buy a Kia Soul and I am confused about the different engines available. Can you explain the differences between them and which one would be the best choice for me?

The Kia Soul offers three engine options: a 1.6-liter, 2.0-liter, and a 1.6-liter turbocharged. The 1.6-liter option is the most fuel-efficient but lacks power.
