What does the 'EV' in Kia EV6 stand for?

I've been looking at the new Kia EV6 and I can't seem to find any information on what the 'EV' actually stands for. Can someone please clarify?

The 'EV' in Kia EV6 stands for 'Electric Vehicle'. It's a common way for car manufacturers to designate their electric models.

I believe it stands for 'Electric Vision', as that was the concept car that the EV6 is based on. But it could also stand for 'Efficient Vehicle' or 'Eco Vehicle'. Regardless, it's definitely a nod to its electric powertrain.

From my understanding, Kia hasn't officially stated what the 'EV' stands for. It could be a marketing decision to simply use 'EV' as an abbreviation for 'electric vehicle'.
