The clicking noise could be caused by a worn CV joint or a faulty wheel bearing. It's best to have a mechanic inspect your car to determine the exact cause.

There could also be an issue with the suspension or steering components. I suggest getting a diagnostic scan done to pinpoint the problem.

Have you recently changed the tires or had any tire maintenance done? The clicking noise could be a result of an improperly installed tire or loose lug nuts.

I had a similar issue with my Kia Ceed and it turned out to be a loose heat shield under the car. Make sure all bolts and clips are securely tightened.
