Why does my Kia Ceed make a rattling noise when driving?

Recently, my Kia Ceed has been making a noticeable rattling noise when I'm driving at lower speeds. It seems to be coming from the front of the car, near the wheels. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Hi Jasmine, this rattling noise could be caused by a loose or damaged component in your car's suspension system. I would recommend taking your car to a trusted mechanic to have it inspected and repaired if needed.

Hey Jasmine, it's possible that the noise is coming from loose or worn out heat shields on your exhaust system. You can try tightening them, but it would be best to have a mechanic check it out for a proper fix.

Hi Jasmine, another potential cause of this rattling noise could be a failing wheel bearing. This is something that should be addressed as soon as possible to avoid any further damage to your car's wheels and axle.
