Why does my Kia Picanto shake when driving on uneven roads?

I recently noticed that my Kia Picanto tends to shake a lot when I drive over uneven roads. It can be quite unsettling and I'm not sure if it's normal. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

Hi Jane, this can be a common issue with cars that have a small wheelbase like the Kia Picanto. The short distance between the front and rear wheels can cause the car to feel unsteady when driving over bumps or uneven surfaces. However, if the shaking is excessive, it could be a sign of worn out suspension components. I suggest getting it checked by a mechanic to ensure everything is in good working condition.

Hey there, my Kia Picanto used to have the same issue when driving on bumpy roads. It turns out that the tires were over-inflated, causing the car to bounce around. Check your tire pressure and adjust it according to the recommended levels for your car. This should help alleviate the shaking.

I've had my Kia Picanto for a few years now and it still shakes on uneven roads. I've learned to just be extra cautious and slow down when driving over bumps. It's not ideal, but it's something you can get used to and it won't affect the overall performance of the car.
