Why does my Kia Sportage AC not blow cold air after driving for a while?

I have noticed that after driving my Kia Sportage for about 30 minutes, the AC stops blowing cold air and starts blowing warm air instead. Is this a common issue with Kia Sportages or is there something wrong with my car?

This could be a sign of low refrigerant levels in your AC system. I would suggest taking your car to a trusted mechanic to have the refrigerant checked. It is also important to have your AC system serviced regularly to prevent any potential issues.

Another possible cause could be a faulty compressor. If the compressor is not functioning properly, it can lead to warm air being blown instead of cold air. I recommend having your compressor checked and replaced if necessary.

I had a similar issue with my Kia Sportage and it turned out to be a problem with the AC relay. I would advise having this checked and replaced if needed.
