Why does my Kia Sportage make a strange noise when I turn left?

I recently noticed that whenever I turn left in my Kia Sportage, I hear a strange noise coming from the front of the car. It almost sounds like a grinding or rubbing noise. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It sounds like you might have an issue with your wheel bearings. This can typically occur when they become worn out or damaged. I would recommend taking your Kia Sportage to a mechanic to have them inspected and possibly replaced.

Another possible cause could be a problem with the CV joints. These joints are responsible for transferring power from the transmission to the wheels, and when they wear out they can make a clicking or popping noise when turning. I would suggest having a mechanic inspect them and possibly replace them if necessary.

It's also possible that there is an issue with the power steering system. If the power steering fluid is low or contaminated, it can cause strange noises and difficulty turning. I would recommend checking the fluid levels and possibly having the system flushed and refilled.
