Why is my Kia Ceed experiencing poor fuel efficiency?

I recently bought a Kia Ceed and I have noticed that its fuel efficiency is not as good as advertised. I am concerned about the cost of constantly refueling. What could be causing this and what can I do to improve it?

The first thing to check is if your tires are properly inflated. Having underinflated tires can significantly affect your fuel efficiency.

O

It could also be due to your driving habits - do you accelerate and brake abruptly? Try to maintain a steady speed and avoid sudden changes in speed.

P

Another possible cause is a dirty air filter. Make sure to regularly check and replace your air filter to improve your fuel efficiency.

M

You may also want to consider using a fuel injector cleaner to remove any buildup or deposits that could be hindering your car's performance.

B

Lastly, make sure you are using the recommended fuel type for your Kia Ceed. Using a lower octane fuel can decrease your fuel efficiency.
