Why is my Kia Ceed vibrating when I accelerate?

I recently purchased a Kia Ceed and have noticed a slight vibration when I accelerate. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. It doesn't happen all the time but it's definitely noticeable. What could be causing this and is it something I should be concerned about?

Hi Samantha, congratulations on your new Kia Ceed! It's normal for a car to have some vibrations while accelerating, but if it's excessive or happens consistently, it could indicate an issue with your engine or exhaust system. I recommend taking your car to a trusted mechanic to get it checked out, just to be safe.

Hey Samantha, I had the same issue with my Kia Ceed and it turned out to be a loose bolt on one of the engine mounts. It's an easy fix, so I suggest having a mechanic take a look and tighten any loose bolts they find. That should help reduce or eliminate the vibrations.

Hi Samantha, another potential cause could be worn out or unbalanced tires. If your tires are old or not properly balanced, it can cause vibrations when driving. I recommend getting your tires inspected and rotated. They may just need to be replaced or rebalanced to solve the issue.
