I recently bought a used Kia Niro and it has been running smoothly until now. However, I tried to start it this morning and it won't turn on. The lights and radio are working, but the engine won't start. What could be the issue?
ReplyOne possible reason could be a dead battery. Check the battery terminals and connections to make sure they are not corroded or loose. If they are, clean them and try starting the car again. If that doesn't work, you may need to jumpstart the car or get a new battery.
Another possibility is a faulty starter motor. This is usually indicated by a clicking sound when trying to start the car. If this is the case, you will need to get the starter motor replaced.
