Why is my Kia ProCeed making a loud clunking noise when turning?

I have noticed that my Kia ProCeed is making a loud clunking noise when I turn the steering wheel. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's starting to worry me. Is there something wrong with my car or is it a normal sound?
