I recently bought a used Kia Rio and have noticed that every time I accelerate, there is a clicking noise coming from the engine. It seems to be more noticeable when the car is cold. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?
ReplyIt is possible that the clicking noise is coming from a loose or worn out drive belt. You should have a mechanic inspect the belt and replace it if necessary.
The clicking noise could also be caused by a faulty CV joint. This is a more serious issue and should be addressed immediately to avoid further damage.
