Why is my Kia Sorento stalling at low speeds?

I just bought a Kia Sorento and it's been stalling at low speeds. I've noticed it happens when I'm making turns or slowing down to a stop sign. What could be causing this issue?

It's possible that your throttle body or idle air control valve is dirty and needs to be cleaned. I would recommend taking your Sorento to a mechanic to have it checked and cleaned if necessary.

Another possibility is a faulty crankshaft position sensor. This sensor helps regulate the engine's idle speed and if it's malfunctioning, it could cause stalling at low speeds. You may want to have a diagnostic test done to check for any error codes.

One more thing to check is the fuel system. Make sure your fuel filter is not clogged and your fuel pump is functioning properly. If these components are not working, it can cause engine stalling.
