It is likely that you have a worn out CV joint, which is causing the clicking noise when you turn. You should have a mechanic inspect and replace the joint if necessary.

Check your power steering fluid levels, as low fluid can also cause clicking noises when turning. If the levels are low, add more fluid and monitor for any changes in the noise.

Another possible cause could be a loose or worn out belt in your steering system. Have your mechanic check the belts and tighten or replace them as needed.
