The clicking noise could be coming from a worn out CV joint or axle. It is important to get this checked and repaired as soon as possible to prevent further damage to your vehicle.

Another possible cause could be loose or worn out suspension components. It is best to take your car to a mechanic to have them inspect and replace any necessary parts.

It is also possible that the clicking noise is coming from the power steering system. Check the fluid level and if it is low, top it up with the manufacturer recommended fluid.

I had a similar issue with my Sportage and it turned out to be a faulty steering column. Take your car to a Kia dealership for a proper diagnosis and repair.
