The clicking noise could be due to a faulty CV joint or failing power steering system. I recommend having it checked by a certified mechanic to determine the source of the noise and make any necessary repairs.

It is also possible that the noise is coming from worn out suspension components, such as control arm bushings or ball joints. These parts can cause clicking or popping noises when they are worn or damaged. I suggest getting it inspected by a mechanic to confirm and make repairs.

Another possible cause for the clicking noise could be low power steering fluid. Check the fluid level and add more if needed. If the noise persists, have it checked by a professional mechanic as there may be a leak in the system.
