Why is the Kia Ceed 1.4 T-GDi not performing well in cold weather?

I recently bought a Kia Ceed 1.4 T-GDi and I've noticed a significant decrease in performance during cold weather. What could be causing this and how can I improve the car's performance in low temperatures?

Hi Samantha, it's normal for cars to experience decreased performance during cold weather. One possible solution is to warm up your engine for a few minutes before driving.

Hello Samantha, make sure your tires are properly inflated as cold weather can cause them to lose pressure. This can affect your car's performance and fuel efficiency.

Hi Samantha, it could also be a problem with your battery. In cold weather, batteries can lose some of their power making it difficult for the car to start. You may want to get your battery checked by a mechanic.
