There could be a few potential reasons for this issue. It could be due to a problem with your tires, such as uneven wear or an unbalanced tire. It could also be a sign of issues with your suspension or steering system. I would recommend taking your car to a trusted mechanic to diagnose and fix the problem. If left unchecked, it could lead to more serious issues in the future.

I had a similar issue with my Kia Sorento and it turned out to be a problem with the wheel alignment. This can easily be fixed by taking your car to a reputable mechanic or tire shop. They will be able to realign your wheels and eliminate the vibration in the steering wheel.

Another possible cause could be worn out or damaged steering components, such as tie rods or ball joints. If you're familiar with car repairs, you may be able to replace these parts yourself. Otherwise, it's best to take your car to a professional mechanic for proper diagnosis and repair.
