I have recently purchased a Kia Picanto and I noticed that the ride is not as smooth as it should be. I suspect that the air pressure in my tires might be off. How do I check the air pressure and what should the correct pressure be for optimal performance?
ReplyTo check the air pressure in your Kia Picanto tires, you will need a tire pressure gauge. Unscrew the valve cap on each tire and press the gauge onto the valve stem. The gauge will display the current pressure in the tire. The recommended tire pressure for the Kia Picanto is 33 psi for the front tires and 29 psi for the rear tires.
You can also check the air pressure at any gas station or mechanic shop. Most have a tire pressure gauge available for use free of charge. Just follow the same steps of unscrewing the valve cap and pressing the gauge onto the valve stem.
