What is the best oil to use in the Kia Ceed?

I just bought a Kia Ceed and I am wondering what type of oil I should use for optimal engine performance. Any suggestions?

I have been using conventional 5W-30 oil in my Kia Ceed without any problems. As long as you change your oil regularly, it shouldn't make too much of a difference.
