Why does my Kia Stonic's engine make a ticking noise?

I have a Kia Stonic and recently noticed that the engine makes a ticking noise. It seems to get louder when accelerating. What could be causing this and should I be concerned? Thank you.

It's likely that you are hearing a ticking noise from your engine due to low oil levels. I suggest checking your oil and adding more if necessary.

Regular maintenance and oil changes are essential for the health of your car's engine. It's possible that the ticking noise is a result of dirty or old oil. Consider getting an oil change and see if the noise goes away.

It could also be a sign of a potential issue with one of your engine's components. I highly recommend taking your car to a mechanic for a diagnostic test to rule out any serious problems.
