Why is my Kia Soul making a clunking noise when I turn?

I've noticed a strange clunking noise coming from my Kia Soul when I make turns. It seems to be coming from the front of the car and happens more frequently when I am turning at lower speeds. Any idea what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

It sounds like you may have a problem with your CV joints. These are responsible for transferring power from the engine to the wheels and can make a clunking noise when they become worn or damaged. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have it checked and repaired if necessary.

Another possibility could be an issue with your suspension components. If your shocks or struts are worn, they can make noise when turning. Have a professional inspect your suspension system to determine if this is the cause of the noise.

Make sure to also check your power steering fluid levels. If the fluid is low, it can cause noise and vibrations in the steering system. Simply topping off the fluid may solve the issue.
