Why is my Kia Stonic giving out weird noises when I start the engine?

I recently noticed that my Kia Stonic makes strange noises when I start the engine. The noise comes from the engine area and only lasts for a few seconds before disappearing. Is there something wrong with my car or is it just a normal occurrence? Any advice would be appreciated.
