Why is regenerative braking important in the Kia EV6?

I am considering purchasing a Kia EV6, but I am not sure how regenerative braking works. Can you explain why it is important in this car model?

Regenerative braking allows the car to capture and store energy that would otherwise be lost during braking. This energy can then be used to power the car, making it more efficient and reducing the need to charge frequently.

In addition to its energy-saving benefits, regenerative braking also provides a smoother and more responsive driving experience. It helps to reduce wear and tear on the brakes and makes for a more enjoyable ride.

One piece of advice I would give is to try out regenerative braking for yourself during a test drive. It may take some getting used to, but once you do, you'll see the benefits it brings to your driving experience.
