Common Issues with the Kia Soul's Navigation System

I recently bought a Kia Soul and have been having issues with the navigation system. Sometimes it takes forever to load and other times it doesn't even work at all. I've tried resetting it multiple times but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
